A simpler billing process

1

Bring your insurance information

Bring your insurance card or plan details, including your insurer name, policy or plan number and member ID.

2

We submit the claim

After your eligible service, our team submits the claim electronically when direct billing is supported by your plan.

3

Pay any remaining balance

Your insurer determines the amount covered. You pay any deductible, copayment or portion not covered by your plan.

What to know before your visit

Direct billing is a convenient payment option, but it does not confirm or guarantee coverage. Benefit percentages, annual limits, per-visit maximums, deductibles and referral requirements vary between insurance plans.

Some plans require a physician’s referral or require the plan member to submit claims personally. Patients are responsible for confirming their coverage and paying any amount not covered by their insurer.

If direct billing is unavailable

If your insurer does not support electronic submission or the claim cannot be processed at the time of your appointment, payment will be collected at the clinic. We will provide a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
